CMB Approval for Allocated Capital Increase

The total allocated capital increase of 103,986,306.00 TL made by our company on 14.11.2024 was approved by the CMB on 31.05.2024.

Applications will be made to Borsa Istanbul and the Central Registry Agency for the completion of the capital increase and the issuance of new shares.
